Rufus Duncan Unit: Saturday, April 13th Pastor John Hammond and Dan Groves went to this prison and joined 42 men in festive paise and worship. This year marked our 41st Semi-Formal Christmas Banquet. December 2 was the date for our 2023 event. We had another wonderful dinner and an amazing time of fellowship. J.D. Wainwright Unit– On October 8, 2023, Apostle Ray C. Felder, Chaplain Shelia Johnson and Minister Cassandra Kitchen went to Wainwright in Lovelady, TX. September Ministry Reports

Texas prisons were all put on lock-down during most of the month of September as authorities performed a sweeping search throughout the entire system for unauthorized items. Therefore we have no visits to report on. The rules have changed since the Lockdown. Some prisons will not allow us to bring anything into the prisons except our Bible and Sermon Notes, **nothing else.** Check with Shelia prior to going in to get individual prison updates.
