The LeBlanc Unit held a baptism for men who had recently come to Christ. Although the women of Hope For All in Jesus were not able to enter the unit that day, they had faithfully ministered over the past three months, leading many to salvation.

Dr. Cassandra Kitchen preached from Acts 16:16–18, delivering a message titled “How Long Will You Keep a Covenant with an Evil Oppressor?” There were 126 men in attendance. Every first and third Sunday, John Lee leads a special program at Estelle Unit for young offenders ages 18 to 26. He works with 10 inmate mentors and about 40 participants. The program includes individuals from various faith backgrounds, including Muslims, and John is committed to maintaining sensitivity while standing firm in his witness for Jesus.
