About Hope For All In Jesus Prison Outreach
Our Story
Hope For All In Jesus Prison Outreach began with a transformed life. Our founder, Robert Dubois, spent much of his early years in jail or prison and struggled with alcoholism. But when Robert surrendered his life to Jesus, everything changed. He discovered firsthand that there IS hope in Christ, and God placed a vision in his heart to reach others who were walking the same road he once walked.
That vision grew into a ministry dedicated to bringing the Gospel, encouragement, and the love of Jesus into Texas prisons and jails. Through preaching, testimonies, worship, and personal ministry, we remind men and women behind bars that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace.
Today, Hope For All In Jesus continues that mission under the leadership of Chaplain Sheila Johnson, who has faithfully served the incarcerated for decades.
Our Mission
As a faith-based ministry, our purpose is simple and biblical:
- To know God and make Him known
- To carry the Word of God into Texas prisons and jails
- To offer hope to the hopeless
- To disciple men and women for every good work
- To equip believers who will go on to make disciples
- To provide chapel services, Bible studies, and Christ-centered classes
Everything we do is rooted in the Great Commission and the belief that Jesus transforms lives.
Our Vision: The Town of Hope
Originally conceived as the "Ranch of Hope," this God-given dream has grown into what we now call the Town of Hope — a 100-acre campus designed to help men and women successfully reenter society after incarceration.
The Town of Hope will include:
- Separate living accommodations for men, women, and families
- A chapel at the heart of the campus
- Ministry offices and a residence for leadership
- Classrooms, daycare, playground, and community spaces
- A swimming pool and banquet hall for gatherings
- A community garden to feed residents and bless the surrounding community
- Workshops in mechanics, HVAC, cabinetry, carpentry, and other practical skills
- An outlet store where residents can sell what they create
- A volunteer-staffed medical clinic offering care and education
- A six-month discipleship and readiness program
- Support for job interviews, resumes, transportation, and basic needs
Our goal is to create a Christ-centered environment where lives are rebuilt, families are restored, and disciples are equipped to walk in their God-given purpose.
How the Vision Will Come to Life
We trust God to provide every resource needed. As faithful stewards, we invite those who feel led by the Holy Spirit to partner with us. Every donation, large or small, helps bring hope, healing, and transformation to those who need it most.
Lives will be changed. Families will be restored. And the Gospel will continue to spread through the testimonies of those God has redeemed.
